An important update for our clients who have enrolled for JobKeeper or are planning to enrol.
The ATO has released details of the 3 steps to be completed to successfully receive the JobKeeper payment.
These are:
Step 1: Enrol for the JobKeeper payment (available from 20 April)
Step 2: Identify and maintain your eligible employees (available from today, 4 May)
Step 3: Make a business monthly declaration (also available from today, 4 May)

Key JobKeeper dates are:
- By 8 May, pay your eligible employees at least $1,500 (before tax) for each JobKeeper fortnight to claim JobKeeper payments for April.
- 31 May is your final date to complete steps 1 and 2 if you want to claim for JobKeeper fortnights in April and May.
