For our clients needing to provide information to the ATO to receive JobKeeper payments, this will be done via the Business Portal.
If you don’t have access to the Business Portal we encourage you to arrange this as soon as possible to avoid possible delays in JobKeeper payments.
To access ATO online services, including the Business Portal you will need to use:
myGOVid – an app you download to your smart device which lets you prove who you are online. This is different to your personal myGOV account.
Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM) – an authorisation service that allows you to act on behalf of a business online. Website link – Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM) Login
Once you have downloaded the myGOVid app and linked your business within RAM, you can then visit the ATO Business Portal and apply for the JobKeeper payment – ATO Business Portal Login

If your business details are not showing under the Link your Business section within RAM, please call or email June, firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions.
You will need to reconfirm each month that the eligible employees have not changed. This will be reported by lodging a monthly JobKeeper declaration report via the Business Portal.
