When will my refund cheque be ready?
The ATO’s performance guidelines allow them up to 21 days to process your tax return from the date it was lodged. In our experience refunds tend to be credited to your bank account within 14 days from the date your return was lodged. If you asked for your accounting fee to be deducted from your refund this will take additional processing time.
How can I pay your invoice?
We offer a number of convenient options for the payment of your account:
- In person – Our standard office hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm each weekday. You can pay your account by cash, cheque or eftpos.
- By mail – Simply detach the remittance portion of your invoice and post your cheque or visa card details to our office.
- Direct transfer – Using internet or phone banking you can direct transfer payment of your account to Brealey Quill Kenny, National Australia Bank, BSB 086-136, Account Number 587-343-124. Make sure you include your name and invoice number as a reference.
