We provide business advice via meetings with various clients on a daily basis and also attend to our clients email and telephone queries.

We also provide our clients with more structured advice and planning assistance including:

• Preparing annual financial budget/forecasts using winforecast software. Winforecast allows a robust financial forecast to be prepared based on the assumptions entered. The forecasted result is presented in Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cashflow form. We receive very positive feedback on these forecasts from stakeholders including Banks.
• Preparing Business Plans and Finance proposals for new and existing businesses. Our approach in undertaking these assignments is consultative – we work with our clients to produce a plan or proposal which incorporates their knowledge of the business and industry, supplemented with our financial acumen.
• Preparing Strategic Plans with our client’s management team. This is normally a staged project where we facilitate a number of planning sessions to discuss where the business would like to be in 3-5 years, the current position of the business, and strategies/actions to achieve the business goals. With the assistance of the client this is then formulated into a Strategic Plan to guide future activities.
